摘要: 神经营养性角膜炎是一类难治性角膜疾病,该病由于各种原因导致三叉神经损伤、神经形态改变、分泌功能及感受性下降,引起角膜炎性反应激活,从而导致角膜上皮缺损、愈合延迟、角膜溃疡等一系列病理变化。目前较成熟的治疗策略主要为神经生长因子(nerve growth factor,NGF)的使用;神经移植手术虽经临床证实有效,但因其手术难度高,创伤大等风险还有待进一步临床研究。此外,新的药物如培高利特、姜黄素纳米胶束有望为临床提供新的治疗思路。(国际眼科纵览,2021, 45: 326-330)

Abstract: Neurotrophic keratitis is a kind of refractory corneal disease. Trigeminal nerve injury due to various reasons could lead to changes in nerve morphology, decreased secretion function and sensitivity, which would trigger corneal inflammatory response, causes epithelial defects, delayed healing, corneal ulcers and a series of pathological changes. At present, the new treatment strategy is mainly the use of nerve growth factor (NGF). Although nerve transplantation is proved to be effective by clinical practice, the difficulty of surgery and the risk of trauma make it need further clinical study. Pergolide and nanomicelle curcumin are expected to provide new therapeutic ideas for clinical use.(Int Rev Ophthalmol, 2021, 45: 326-330)
